All renters must present a valid drivers license with photograph at the time of rental. Also, you will need to bring a credit card and full coverage insurance is required on all our vehicles and must be verified prior to rental.

We must be notified at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled pickup in order to avoid being charged one day's rental fee. Refunds will not be issued once the vehicle has rented. Only with a 72 hour notice during the rental period will a credit for a future rental be provided. The rate is then converted to the daily price for weekly or monthly rentals.
Yes, you must present a valid credit card or debit card in renter's name at time of the rental. A credit card authorization approval will�be requested prior to rental, to be used as a deposit. This is only an authorization, not a charge. The authorization varies between $500.00 and $5000.00, depending on the vehicle. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club, and American Express. Final payment will be applied to authorized credit card or cash.
The customer is entitled to 50 to 100 miles per day on most vehicles. Additional mileage is $0.39 per mile to $1.00 per mile.
Yes. One additional driver is allowed. Additional driver must meet the same age and driver license requirements and must be present�at the time of rental.

It is unlikely since all of our vehicles are the latest models. However, each vehicle is protected by a 24 hour road-service plan covering such items as: Flat tire, lock out, and fuel delivery.�You simply call the phone number provided with the vehicle and help is on the way.
